Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for maintaining access to your registered email.
02What ReputyAI provides
ReputyAI offers guided review pages, AI-assisted drafts, QR materials, NFC and PVC products, analytics, and related tools according to the selected plan or order. Feature availability, usage limits, currencies, and prices are those displayed at purchase. We may maintain, improve, or change features while respecting existing legal obligations.
03Genuine feedback and acceptable use
Use the service only for genuine experiences. Do not fabricate reviews, impersonate customers, coerce feedback, manipulate ratings, prevent dissatisfied customers from accessing Google, publish unlawful content, or evade platform rules. Rewards and appreciation offers must be administered independently of review ratings or public posting. Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, or misuse other people’s information.
04AI output and external platforms
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review and edit every draft before using it. Customers select their own ratings and decide whether to publish. ReputyAI is independent of Google and does not control Google accounts, moderation, visibility, or removal decisions. We do not guarantee rankings, review counts, ratings, revenue, or the acceptance of any review.
05Plans, billing, and renewal
You authorise payment of the amount and currency shown at checkout. Plans may be prepaid or recurring depending on the selected checkout. Automatic renewals apply only where disclosed and authorised in that payment flow. Usage allowances and access periods follow your plan. Prices for future purchases or renewals may change with any notice required by applicable law.
06Cancellation and no-refund policy
You may request cancellation of future subscription renewals through Billing or support. Cancellation does not create a refund for an existing purchase, unused allowance, or remaining access period. Refunds and legally required remedies are governed by our No-Refund Policy. Access following cancellation depends on your plan and payment status.
07Physical QR products and fulfilment
Check the business link, artwork, delivery details, size, product, and quantity before paying. Available stock is validated at checkout. Product images are previews; printing, colour, materials, and finishing may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. NFC use depends on device support and settings. Contact us about damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items; applicable consumer remedies remain available.
08Your content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in business logos, names, and information you submit. You confirm that you may use and share them, and permit us and necessary service providers to process, display, and reproduce them to provide your requested services and products. ReputyAI branding, website design, and application materials belong to MagnifyxBrand Solutions Private Limited or their respective licensors.
09Availability, suspension, and responsibility
The service depends on internet access and third-party providers. Interruptions may occur, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may restrict accounts for security concerns, non-payment, or serious misuse, subject to applicable obligations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or third-party platform decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10Privacy, disputes, and changes
Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Contact us first about service problems or disputes so we can investigate. Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy protections continue to apply. Updates to these terms will be dated and communicated where required; changes do not remove rights already protected by law.
